admin kcllvjlsbgbi

for the primary and secondary education industry, the current difficulties are increasingly difficult to survive, enrollment is becoming increasingly difficult, the market can not open, can not break the shackles of the original market. Many enterprises are also seeking new market channels, but they are blind to find, and the investment of funds can not get corresponding returns. Then, primary and secondary education training institutions how to survive in the cracks? How to use the existing network marketing to achieve the maximum benefit? Now Wu You to talk about my own opinion, I hope to help you.

1. industry differentiation, customer terminal

many educational training institutions do not only make a product, but also how to effectively integrate resources and maximize the interests of enterprises. A product will have a lot of competitors in the same industry, competitors in the embodiment of services is the way to expand marketing. In the competition of the hands of the mining potential customers of many companies will not attempt to, say, because many business owners thought is relatively narrow, always feel that their customers will be lured away by others, it is not confident of his business, the ability of their employees not confident, this kind of enterprise from the angle of to consider the long-term development is not up development, how to protect all small family homes, reflect the value of employees is the boss to consider.

gossip say much more chewing and tasteless, too much too nonsense. Now the industry differentiation marketing Wu You for example; for example you do business is preschool education, preschool education training institutions now how many, are small and medium-sized enterprises, are some of the private owner of their operations. Type of preschool education is more like the feeling education, parent-child education, emotional education, these institutions generally do the training content. At this time, the boss will consider whether the development of multi elements will make people feel unprofessional or not, of course, there are some objective problems, or from the actual level of their own. Here, it follows the narrow division of the industry.

how to achieve effective integration of resources, the client terminal service? The so-called resource integration as we do, we will look at this website and your website in the choice of Links the degree of correlation is not the same, if is the same, we will choose for their Links. As for friendship links, we are competitors too. At the same time, we are still partners, and learn from each other. Even if the enterprise is so, many bosses fancy only the current shortcomings, but did not really tap the opponent’s potential customers in this enterprise. As the preschool education above, through education, parent-child education, emotional education is facing the population are children, so if these companies are willing to combine the customer relationship network, so to maximize the realization of interests is not difficult. From there you may lose something, but you can also get a lot of things, in competition and learning, progress is the root of an enterprise’s development.

In this house we always fled to make “a nice home”. I think Art is not better or worse for its beauty but the degree of emotion that arises. Beauty is something superficial and, in most cases, false. My obsession in this case was to make a total abstraction (which has nothing to do with minimalism), evoking the same mixed emotions we feel when we see the black monolith in “2001: A Space Odyssey”, Stonehenge, or the black smoke in “Lost”(tv serie). It is a black box that absorbs light, with no cap on the edges, with holes instead of windows. No proportion, its geometry is strictly demanded by the internal function. I tend to be formalistic in my architecture, but here I wanted to approach it as something that comes out of nowhere, as if I had never studied architecture. Not a house or a sculpture, I don´t know exactly what it is, and I don´t need to know it. And so makes me feel a restlessness sensation that keeps me going adore Architecture. Save this picture!© Ángel Luis TenderoIt is divided in two different parts. The lower floor, linked to the terrain, and the upper floor resting on it. The terrain sloping slightly downwards, situating the area of the lounge-office-kitchen below the level of the road. Thanks to an elevated fold towards the road, it is possible to create an artificial skyline thus hiding the dwellings which surround the plot. This part is flexible, organic and open. Over it, a pure black steel parallelepiped, which lodges the rooms. This part is rigid, artificial and closed. The resulting effect is a pure enigmatic piece, which stands on a small artificial hill.Save this picture!© Ángel Luis TenderoProject gallerySee allShow less2011 AIA Honor Award / The Diana Center / Weiss ManfrediArticlesArchitecture WeekArticles Share Photographs 2010 ShareFacebookTwitterPinterestWhatsappMailOrhttps://www.archdaily.com/126485/martin-house-alt-arquitectura Clipboard ShareFacebookTwitterPinterestWhatsappMailOrhttps://www.archdaily.com/126485/martin-house-alt-arquitectura Clipboard CopyHouses•Madrid, Spaincenter_img ArchDaily Year:  Projects “COPY” Houses “COPY” Architects: ALT arquitectura Year Completion year of this architecture project CopyAbout this officeALT arquitecturaOfficeFollowProductConcrete#TagsProjectsBuilt ProjectsSelected ProjectsResidential ArchitectureHousesMadridHousesSpainPublished on April 11, 2011Cite: “Martin House / ALT arquitectura” 11 Apr 2011. More Indiana Farmers Turning to FSA for Loans this Year

first_imgHome Indiana Agriculture News More Indiana Farmers Turning to FSA for Loans this Year Facebook Twitter SHARE More Indiana Farmers Turning to FSA for Loans this Year Facebook Twitter More Indiana Farmers Turning to FSA for Loans this YearJulia WickardIt is a situation that is becoming all too common in Indiana and across the nation. The cash flow and working capital of farming operations is just not good enough to secure operating loans from banks and the farm credit system. As a result, farmers are turning to the  government in record numbers. Julia Wickard, head of the Indiana Farm Service Agency, says the number of applications for loans is up 45% this year over last year, “Last year at this time, we had obligated about $78 million. So far this year, we have obligated over $123 million. That is over a 60% increase.”She told HAT the requests are coming from both large and small operations and, for the most part, are seeking operating loans for the 2016 growing season, “Our employees at our nine loan centers across the state are working very hard to get the producers the funds they need in time for this year’s crop.”But without additional funding from Washington, Wickard says her agency may be out of money by this summer, “At our current burn rate, we will run out of funds by mid-summer.” She stated that Congress will need to come up with additional funding to meet the credit needs of producers as the downturn in the farm economy continues. She added that, with farm income expected to be down for 2017, she sees no letup in the number of operations that will need help to stay in business for the next year.
